Coeur d’Alene, ID- On May 21, 2019, at around 11:23 a.m., Deputies were conducting routine patrol and observed a vehicle not obeying some traffic laws. During the contact, it was determined the vehicle contained illegal drugs. As a result of the investigation, Brandon S. Garrett, a 34 year old male, and Crishun J. Singleton, a 38 year old male, both from Louisiana were arrested for trafficking marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garrett was also arrested for driving while suspended.
During the arrest 20 pounds of marijuana, paraphernalia and items from a home grow operation were seized. In addition to the illegal drugs, a handgun was also recovered.
