[ARCHIVED] KCSO Searching for Missing/Endangered Person

Hayden, Idaho: Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for a missing person in the Hayden area.

On November 1, 2018, at about 11:00 PM, Kootenai County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 6900 block of E. Ohio Match Rd, near N. Rimrock Rd. for a missing person.  The missing person is identified as 19 year old Kathryn “Katie” Ogle of Hayden. 

Reports indicate Kathryn left without shoes or appropriate attire for the elements and was last seen walking towards the heavily wooded area close by. Kathryn is known to have multiple medical alerts and the cognitive ability of an approximate 10-12 year old. She was last seen wearing a greay sweatshirt and black pants. Kathryn is described as 5’4” and 100 lbs, with green eyes and blonde hair.  

Kathryn recently moved to the Ohio Match Rd address and is not familiar with the area. Kathryn’s route of travel is unknown.

Area law enforcement agencies have been notified and are assisting in the search, along with the assistance of the Kootenai County Volunteer Search and Rescue.  If anyone has seen Kathryn Ogle, please contact 911.
