[ARCHIVED] OEM Community Thanks-COVID-19

Kootenai County, ID: It is humbling to see how quickly and well our community has come together to deal with this COVID-19 situation. We are regularly amazed at the outpouring of support that local businesses have shown to the community and each other. We specifically want to thank the school districts in Kootenai County for supporting this incident! Not only have they done great things for their students but they have reached out to the Healthcare and First Responder communities with assistance. Their diligent work has allowed first responders children to be cared for while they work to support our community’s needs.

We encourage you to continue to support your neighbors, friends and local businesses as we navigate this challenging time. Finally, we want to continue to thank the Healthcare Professionals and First Responders that are working tirelessly to not only deal with COVID-19 but also their regular duties and emergencies that continue to happen every day! Keep up the great work!

Most Sincerely,

Unified Commanders

Sheriff Ben Wolfinger
