Current visiting hours start at 8:00 am and the last visit starts 9:00 pm. No visits will occur between the hours of 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Each visit will be 30 minutes in duration.

You may schedule your visit with inmates up to one week in advance by visiting the jail lobby by using the Kiosk or by going to www.telmate.com. Visiting sessions are 30 minutes in duration.
- If you are unable show for your scheduled visit you may not have someone else to replace you. If this occurs the visit will be terminated and you and the inmate will not receive a credit.
- Each inmate is allowed two free on-site visits during the week (Monday through Sunday). Additional visits may be purchased at $7.50 per 30 minutes by visiting www.telmate.com.
- Telmate also offers off-site visits via the Internet. These visits are offered for a fee. These visits can be arranged by visiting www.telmate.com
- Visitors should arrive in front of their assigned visiting monitor within 10 minutes of the start of the visit or the visit may be cancelled.
- If the visit is cancelled due to a “No Show” the visit will count towards the inmate’s two free visits. If this was a paid visit, you will not be refunded for the visit.
- Only three people are allowed per visit for one inmate at one time. This does not include children up to the age of twelve.
- Visitors are only allowed to carry keys and identification. Please leave all personal belongings in your car or at home. No items may be left in the lobby or with a deputy. No drinks or food items are allowed in the lobby.
- Juveniles are allowed to visit only if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guardians must bring the proper paperwork to prove guardianship. During the visit, juveniles are not allowed to run free in the lobby. If juveniles become disruptive, your visit will be ended. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the children to ensure they do not act in an unruly manner.
- Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who act inappropriately, or who wear suggestive or inappropriate clothing will not be allowed to visit or the visit may be terminated.
- It is unlawful under Idaho Code 20-627 for any person to bring guns, knives or any other weapons or any tobacco.
- No illegal products or drugs may be brought into the jail. Violators are subject to arrest.
The following may cause your visit to be terminated and/or you may lose your visiting privileges:
- Sending someone else for your scheduled visits.
- Inappropriate material or actions during the visit.
- Excess visitors at a time.
